The Power of a Single Gummy Bear

When I was in fourth grade, right before the invasion, my teacher would give us one gummy bear for good behavior. I still remember the taste and the classroom vividly. Back then, I wondered why she didn’t give us the whole pack, but I’ve since learned that small acts of positive reinforcement have a powerful impact.


In my career, I’ve seen how even a small recognition can motivate and inspire. It’s not about the size of the reward, but the thought behind it.
